Events
Events record committed account and resource changes. They are a recovery aid, not permission to act after authority expires. Use after and wait on the events endpoint; a long poll returns as soon as an event exists or after at most 30 seconds with an empty list.
Cursors and history
The response contains data and next_cursor, without the ordinary paginator's has_more. Retain the cursor after processing a batch. History is 30 days. Key restrictions filter visibility, so a limited key cannot use events to enumerate unrelated resources. Reconnect with current authorization and reconcile important state through its resource endpoint.
Lifecycle and billing
Operation success, verified resource state and completion events share the original transaction boundary. Accepted work is not completion. Timeout warnings belong to a particular deadline version; obsolete warnings do not extend a run. Balance notices, retention and deletion events reflect guarded decisions, not merely a timer passing. Queued or relay-submitted mail is not proof that the destination accepted it.
Webhooks
Account webhook management is not available at launch. This does not disable incoming guest hooks, which are a different feature. Use event long polling for current account events and Hooks for bounded incoming requests to a running computer. The event types are listed below; their payloads are defined in the API reference.
